Today in Yiddishkayt… December 31 Yortsayt of Salomon Ettinger [Shloyme Etinger], Playwright & Poet Shlyome Ettinger died 155 years ago today in his rural cottage in Żdanów, outside of Zamość, the city he called home for most of his life.
